Key West Historic Home Tours
Key West, Florida is home to the largest predominantly-wooden historic district in the United States. Once a month, from December through March, the doors to five distinctive homes and their gardens are opened to the public, providing a glimpse into the architectural and cultural heritage of Key West.
The homes on the tour vary each month, so visitors can enjoy a different experience each time they attend. Among the homes that have been featured on the tour are architectural gems, eclectic art collections, transformed cigar-makers’ cottages, shipbuilders’ craft, and re-imagined Victorian mansions.
The Key West Home Tours are presented by the Old Island Restoration Foundation, which has been protecting, preserving, and celebrating Key West’s architecture, culture, and intangible heritage since 1960.
Tickets for the Key West Home Tours are now on sale for individual tour dates or a discounted package for all four tours. Home Tour tickets provide entry to five homes at a self-guided pace, between 1 pm and 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
